Remember yourself before you had kids, before you lost a dear friend or a spouse, before the chronic pain or the panic attacks, before the world or the painful events  told you who to be… can you remember this person?  If you can’t, it’s ok. When all feels lost and the path has become overwhelming and dark, art is one of the most powerful tools to illuminate the truth. The truth that you are not lost, forgotten, too far gone. And that deep within you lies a path to wholeness. This is what art has been for me and I want to invite you to explore these images I created during a time of deep recovery and loss. Capturing these moments of light and dark, childhood, joy, and immense space helped me to learn to be here now.
